Cory Silkman represented a pharmacist whose application for a Maryland pharmacy permit was denied. The Maryland Board of Pharmacy alleged that the pharmacist illegally operated a pharmacy before the permit application had been granted, and that the pharmacist violated probation by working as a pharmacist at a family-owned pharmacy. The pharmacist not only complied with his probation, but never owned or operated an illegal pharmacy as alleged.
